App-lock recovery

Forgot the PIN — on the app, or on the offline file? Enter the email the lock was set with. The reset code goes to that inbox and nowhere else; entering it on the locked screen opens the app and removes the PIN so a new one can be set.

The code is derived from the email itself — we never see or store your PIN, and the offline file never talks to a server.
